"The Mansions in Vernon, CT have done an amazing job making my move from the Midwest, in the dead of winter, quite welcoming, and the winter in 2011 around New England was historic. With all that snow, the grounds crew kept The Mansions safe and as clear as one can with 80 plus inches of snow. What impresses me is the superior build quality of these units. Virtually no drafts and walls seem to be well insulated, and very good windows. I’ve never known another apartment complex to go the extra mile to install high efficiency furnaces to keep you warm, while saving tenants money. The office staff and maintenance have been very nice to deal with. I’m glad The Mansions is my new CT home."

"I have been living at The Mansions now for almost eight years. The units are very nice and a lot of attention to detail is just one of many strong points. The staff is very professional, friendly, fair and accommodating to any needs you may have. The new gym and exercise room is great, as is the indoor heated pool. Most of all, these units were designed with a lot of space and provide a very open feeling. You also have direct access to your unit and all the additional amenities make it the best value around!"
